Deutsche Bank is seeking an Intern to join the Corporate Advisory team (mid-market M&A) within the Italian Bank for entrepreneurs' division (Milan).

As an Intern, he/she will be involved in day-to-day transaction execution and pitching efforts, support the drafting of presentations, information memorandum and other marketing materials.

He/she will also demonstrate skills and attributes in running financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data set (trading & acquisition comps), for market analysis and drafting ad-hoc reports.

The Intern will support the team in all relevant duties related to a due diligence process and prepare company and industry profiles.

**Requirements**:

Deutsche Bank is looking for a curious and self-motivated young talented, with high standards of professional and ethical conduct, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Degree in Finance or Business Administration from a Business School

Fluent in English

Excellent knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Bloomberg
