**Corporate Affairs Specialist**:
What will your challenge be?
domestic and international M&A and extraordinary transactions, as well as post M&A activities

Are you our new colleague?
**Job Experience**: 4-5 years post lauream (or 2-3 years PQE), with strong experience in corporate law, M&A and extraordinary transactions, gained in international or major domestic law firms.
**Education**: Second-level degree in law.
**Languages**: Full working proficiency in English.
**Personal Skills**: Ability to work in a team, hands-on approach and pragmatism, problem solving skills, attention to details, ability to work on different matters simultaneously, flexibility.
