Global law firm in Milan is seeking a couple of associates (from newly qualified to 5 years' Post qualification Experience to join their transactional team.

the firm has a very busy corporate department.

You will advise Italian and international public and private companies, as well as financial institutions and entrepreneurs on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will be working with some well-respected partners, nationally and internationally.

You will be part of a team that encourages personal skill development and growth.

The role will suit an outgoing person with a commercial attitude along with a confident and proactive approach, good people skills, the ability to work as a team player and evidence of ability to network.

You need to be a qualified lawyer, with a good level of experience in corporate matters, ideally gained at a well-recognised international, national or regional practice.

Fluent English is absolutely necessary.
