Flamma is a CDMO with Headquarters in Chignolo D'Isola (BG).
In addition to the headquarters, Flamma also has two production plants in Italy, in Isso (BG) and in Bulgiaco (LC).
There are also two other plants abroad, in Philadelphia (USA) and Dalian (China).
It is also present with sales offices in Paris (France) and Boston (USA).
As a fully integrated CDMO, we can leverage our 100% self-owned, self-managed facilities, in Italy, China, and USA to deliver a stable, reliable supply chain.
We specialize in the cGMP manufacturing of APIs, NCEs, RSMs, & Advanced intermediates (NCEs and generics).
We use our expertise in high value chiral materials (specifically amino acid related materials) to provide solutions to customers who not only have need for chiral materials but also clients who have other requirements with a various type of chemistries.
In addition, we also manufacture specialty compounds and advanced intermediates for the nutraceutical and cosmetic industries, and we have a variety of niche generic products.
**CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:
This position provides support to a top executive in organizational management, administrative tasks, acting as a focal point for all issues regarding planning of the executives daily engagements.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as the focal point of contact on behalf of the supported executive: filter requests, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks;
- Prepare presentation materials and background documents;
- Handle requests and queries appropriately, maintaining professionalism, strict confidentiality and discretion;
- Carry out special projects and initiatives for the company.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- General problem solver, collaborating with different teams ;
- Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple tasks;
- Higher level decision-making, a greater sense of confidence to lead, and deeper expertise in executing project management.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments and third parties;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, to adapt to various competing demands;
- Ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems;
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in similar role;
- University degree;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
- Willing to travel.
