**THE MISSION**: WHAT AWAITS YOU?

The intern will support the CA&E team with a particular focus on Internal Communication & Employee Engagement activities.

They will work closely with various teams to ensure message consistency and alignment.

The primary objective will be to contribute to the creation of a positive, transparent, and collaborative company culture.

- Create engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and employee announcements.

- Assist in managing and updating our current intranet and support the transition to a new platform in Q1 2025.

- Contribute to the development and distribution of internal newsletters and support the company's internal social media presence.

- Support the planning and execution of internal events, assisting with logistics, communication, and on-site support.

- Develop compelling presentations to communicate key information to internal stakeholders.

- Support communication initiatives related to the new Beauty Hub, promoting its key features and benefits to employees.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Marketing/Management or similar;

- Excellent analytical skills and computer skills (i. e.

Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint);

- An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives;

- An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of English and Italian;

- Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow.
