Corporate Controller
Corporate Controller For a customer company active in the Energy sector, we are looking for a: Corporate ControllerResponsibilitiesThe resource, directly reporting to the CFO, will be responsible for:-Prepare and manage Group consolidated Financial Reports, Cash Flow and Cash Forecast including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing cycles for multiple entities to include management reports and variance analysis;• Develop and maintain Group financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with accounting standards;-Meet internal and external deadlines;-Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for the executive management team;-Under the supervision of the CFO, lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating with all other Functions Leader accurate and realistic financial plans;-Manage and coordinate external audits at the direction of the CFO, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings;-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve financial processes and systems, driving efficiency, and effectiveness;-Ensure compliance with IFRS Gaap, tax laws and regulations including reporting;-Work with the CFO to provide reports to the company's bank, Private Equity funds and any other internal and external stakeholders, also through the consolidation of accounting data;-Support and manage Merger and Acquisition Operation. Actively participate in M&A operations, performing financial analysis and providing support in financial due diligence. Your ProfileCandidates will be considered for the following qualifications:-University degree in Economy or related discipline;-Proven experience in similar role, preferably in Energy market, with a focus on project financing;-In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and IFRS;-Proficiency in financial management systems and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills;-Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to executive leadership;-Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;-High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial operations;-ERP Experience preferred: Sap 4 Hana or Business Dynamics, or Oracle NetSuite;-Full time commitment;-Availability to travel in Italy and abroad. #LI-UF1Ready For NextLHH, società del Gruppo Adecco, è il provider unico e globale di soluzioni HR end-to-end che guida organizzazioni e individui nell'intero ciclo professionale.
