RINA is currently recruiting for a Corporate Credit Risk Manager for its offices in Genoa, Italy.

**Main Tasks**:

- Assign and manage a credit limit to the customer, based on business needs, known risk even through the support of commercial information coming from third independent parties

- Monitor the overall debit status and credit limit saturation of assigned customers in a wider "client management perspective"

- Liaise with business to agree best balanced credit limit and sustainable business risk, so defining and suggest the more appropriate payment policy for the customer in portfolio with focus on:

- Liaise with the Project Manager to minimize the potential credit risk related to specific accounts and / or big project

- Alert the RINA organization re arisen risk re specific accounts

- Suggest Factoring, repayment plan solutions when possible

- Propose solutions for balanced credit risk mitigation

- Ensure high best data quality in ERP of the credit limit management and continuous update of credit limit data in ERP, and perform periodical reporting to management are essential tasks of the role

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field; lower level of qualification is acceptable if linked to a material work experience or professional skills

- 3-5 years previous experience in the role

- Working knowledge of Office 365 or other structure ERP

- Proved habits to manage credit risk in a challenging and complex business environment is a plus

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well and proactively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly is essential for negotiating effectively

- Sense of urgency

- Analytical skills and data driven approach
