**Your contribution/mission
**Activities
You will be part of the Corporate development team and you will support the team itself in the day
- by day analysis relating to M&A and business development projects.
Your core activities will include:
- Preliminary opportunity assessment
- Business planning and valuation
- Due diligence
- Cooperation with other internal functions for business cases preparation
**Your profile
You have a business administration or finance degree and 1 or 2 years experience within valuation/transation service/ M&A departments in corporate finance boutiques/consulting/investment banks/internal corporate development departments.
You have excellent analytical skills and financial statements analysis, your english is fluent and you have good knowledge of financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
You are proficient in MS Office Suite.
