Position Overview We are looking for a Corporate Development Director who is strategic, dynamic, and results-driven to support Roboze's global growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, financial expertise (M&A, venture capital, funds), and the ability to represent the company at high-level discussions globally.
Experience in consulting, especially with a background in the Big Four (e. g. , Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), is highly appreciated.
This role will lead strategic initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and act as an operational leader to ensure the success of Roboze's global operations.
What your tasks will be: Strategic Growth & Global Expansion: Identify and develop new 3D Printing Centers of Excellence worldwide, overseeing their setup and initial operations.
Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute global expansion strategies, focusing on key markets and verticals.
Coordinate with global teams to align resources and operations with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Identify strategic targets for the acquisition of materials, technologies, and patents.
Lead M&A activities, including identifying targets, conducting due diligence, and managing post-merger integration.
Work with advisors, analysts, and internal stakeholders to evaluate strategic fit and develop integration plans.
Special Projects & Operations Execution: Lead the establishment of new entities abroad, overseeing execution and operational launch (factories, offices, and companies).
Supervise high-impact strategic operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with internal stakeholders.
Represent Roboze in strategic forums and high-level discussions in the Middle East, USA, and other key regions.
Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the CEO, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
What we are looking for: Technical Background: Degree in Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Financial Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in finance (M&A, venture capital, funds) with a track record of successful strategic initiatives.
Global Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead complex international projects, including opening new entities and operational facilities.
Representation Skills: Strong ability to represent the company at strategic forums and with key stakeholders globally, especially in the Middle East, USA and ASIA Pacific.
Strategic Thinking & Execution: High level of business acumen with the ability to navigate complex global markets and deliver operational results.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Travel & Relocation: Willing to travel up to 90% and relocate every 3 months to various locations worldwide.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build strategic relationships in emerging markets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making tools, including AI tools.
