Corporate Development Manager
We are HWG Sababa , a leading cybersecurity company, providing SOC (Security Operations Center) services to enterprises and large institutions worldwide. With a strong presence in Italy, we are looking to expand our business through strategic acquisitions. To support this initiative, we are hiring a Corporate Development Manager who will play a key role in identifying areas of expansion, identifying and, evaluating potential acquisition targets and managing acquisition process in close collaboration with the company senior management teams. Role Summary:
The Corporate Development Manager will support the management team in identifying potential acquisition targets in Europe, UK, MENA, and other regions. The role involves identifying, performing initial analyses to evaluate potential targets based on size, profitability, and business alignment, managing the scouting process, and acting as a project manager for day-to-day M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of M&A processes, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders, including our investors, legal teams, and due diligence partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition Pipeline: Identify and create a pipeline of potential acquisition targets Initial Analysis: Perform first-level analysis to assess target companies' fit with our strategic goals, considering size, profitability, type of business, and other key metrics. Scouting Process: Organize and manage the scouting process for potential M&A targets, ensuring effective communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders. Project Management: Act as the day-to-day project manager for M&A activities, coordinating between management, investors, and other partners. Due Diligence: Track and manage all actions during the due diligence and acquisition processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Financial Analysis, Commercial & Legal Due Diligence: Understand and analyze the financials of target companies during due diligence, assessing risks and opportunities. Collaborate with management for commercial due diligence and liaise with external law firms to ensure comprehensive legal due diligence is conducted. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A, investment banking, commercial consulting or a related field. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial and business data. Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and financial modelling tools. Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus. What We Offer:
