**The Role
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the key decision makers of Prima and its investors, including our Group CEO and the Country Managers.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of future capital raising opportunities, incl.
debt / equity rounds / IPO, etc.
- Leading the assessment of business opportunities, e. g.
developing business case for new initiatives
- Leading the preparation of investor relations material, incl.
Board documents and investor presentations
- Financial planning on a global basis, to assess strategic alternatives and impact on corporate valuation
- Partnering with the Head of Global teams, including the Group CTO, the Chief People Officer, the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer to ensure effective finance oversight and support
- M&A scanning, target analysis and due diligence
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience in an Investment Bank/Private Equity firm/Hedge Fund or top-tier Strategy Consultant with focus in Corporate Finance/M&A
- Outstanding academic background in a top business school
- Proven ability to work independently on highly strategic corporate finance projects
- People capability, to coach and grow a team a talented finance and strategy analysts
- Excellent communication skills and experience in investor's dialogue
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Passionate in simplifying processes and models, to ensure they are useful to enable decision making in a controlled environment
- A genuine interest in the fintech/insurtech industry
- Strategic mindset and ability to grasp the "bigger picture", while keeping attention to details
