**Your role**:

As our Finance Associate, you will be involved with increasing responsibility in the following activities:

- Define and execute all financial processes, their integration and alignment with other related processes within and outside of the company.

Automate finance processes as a true tech first business (in cooperation with our internal tech division)

- Optimize economic performance of the business primarily by implementing cost savings/revenue initiatives and optimizing the capital structure of the group

- Oversee the financial health and financial performance of the group, producing, and performing analyses of all financial statements and reports, overseeing, and participating in audits, and making recommendations to the executive team, management and supervisory boards concerning current and future financial performance, including the definition and oversight of budget and business plan

- Coordinate and handle requests from investors, financial authorities, external service providers (e. g. , fund manager, auditor, depositary, tax advisors) as well as internal stakeholders at Heritage

- Compliance with all financial legal requirements, financial statements, financial reports, and tax returns according to applicable jurisdiction the company does business

- Manage capital calls and distribution notices with investors

**What we are looking for**:

- Very strong academic track record

- Entrepenuerial mindset

- 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4

- Experience in a fast-growing environment (nice to have)

- Excellent analytical skills and well-developed attention to detail

- Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, vlookups etc)
