You will work within a team that helps C-level executives to identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues across the economic and transaction cycles.

As part of a fast-paced and dynamic group, our consultants offer strategic advice on financial, business and operating models to national and multinational clients, with a strong focus on financial and insurance industries.

You will join our Strategy professionals in **Milan** and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills.

You will support senior colleagues in:

- Conducting insightful analysis using relevant financial methodologies on company evaluations and given investments

- Conducting market analysis, business planning and financial modelling

- Defining and modelling strategic options and alternative investments, including market scenarios and SWOT analysis

- Creating reports about consolidation and results

- Collecting, elaborating, analyzing economic and financial data

- National and international database research

- Meetings with C-level clients

- Joining cross-functional (i. e.

extraordinary operations) or international meetings and teams (i. e.

cross-border projects)

- An excellent Master's degree in Business or Management Engineering

- Knowledge of budget breakdown

- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry

- Proficiency in English, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite

A working/internship experience during University will be considered a plus.
