CMC CAPITAL LIMITED - we are seeking an intern to join our growing team by working across a variety of sub-sectors and playing an integral part on live mandates from an execution perspective, paired with client exposure. Our interns are involved in the entire M&A process from origination to closing, including, inter alia, origination, modelling and valuation, diligence, financing and documentation. We require previous experience within Investment Banking, ideally M&A aligned.

You will be working alongside the senior Partners and professionals participating in client transactions, projects and assignments as a junior member of the team.

Your main responsibilities will include: Assisting in the building of complex financial models for valuation purposesConducting economic/financial researchAssisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materialsAssisting in the execution of mandated dealsGathering public information through numerous sourcesAssisting in the building company forecast modelsRequirementsWe are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.

Fluency in English and Italian is a must as well as an outstanding record of academic achievement and a passion for finance.
