**Are you strong in Corporate Finance?

As the Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be in charge of preparing financial statements, analyze variances between forecasted plans and actual results, report results and help brainstorm possible solutions.

In this position you will be in control of the accounting, monitoring, and controlling of all financial activities of our operating entities.

As a tech first company the goal is to implement automated solutions for long term effectiveness, here you will play an important role in creating a scalable solution together with our technology department.

Additionally, you will be in charge of reviewing and interpreting current and historical financial data to Identify inconsistencies and problems in the accounting process and take part in creating solutions.

Further, your will also be part of managing:

- ERP implementation and maintenance

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements

- Perform controlling activities to ensure that we meet our KPIs

- Preparation of accurate presentations for the management team

- Treasury activities - e. g.

executing the short-term investment strategy of the group

- Manage the billing and reporting process

- Collaborate with the wider finance team to participate in the preparation of annual plans and quarterly forecasts

**Who are you?

Do you have experience with accounting or auditing, with a solid academic track record, with 2-4 years of experience?

- We are looking for you who have 2-4 years of experience from one of the leading accounting and auditing firm**s** **(must have)

- Can show a strong academic background

- Has an entrepreneurial mindset

- Wants to work in a scale-up environment
