Role DefinitionFor a Multinational Company we are seeking a Corporate Finance SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing support for Group evaluation activities. Assist in preparing and delivering strategic reports for shareholders. Maintain, update, and refine the Group Financial Model to ensure accuracy and relevance. Conduct sensitivity analyses to aid in decision-making processes. Develop financial models for potential MA and asset disposal transactions. Design financial models tailored to specific strategic initiatives and business opportunities. Prepare impairment test models in compliance with applicable standards. Work closely with management and shareholder investment principals on ad hoc financial analyses. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in valuation processes. Key RequirementsFluency in English. A university degree in Economics or Engineering. 3–5 years of professional experience, previous experience in consulting will be considered a plus. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-driven approach to problem-solving. Analytical and creative mindset with excellent communication skills. LocationMilano, 50% Smart Working.
