Job Description Summary: We are a rapidly growing and dynamic organization and, as part of our expansion, our NAV & Valuation team in the CFO department is seeking a Corporate Finance Valuation Specialist. The Corporate Finance Valuation Specialist will be responsible for supporting quarterly Group evaluations, performing valuations of third-party companies, specific assets, and strategic initiatives. A key focus will be maintaining and enhancing the existing Group Financial Model, the valuation of new strategic initiatives and constructing bespoke financial models for various business needs. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide daily support for all activities related to quarterly Group evaluations. Assist in the preparation and delivery of strategic reporting documents for shareholders. Maintain, update, and enhance the Group Financial Model to ensure accuracy and relevance. Conduct detailed sensitivity analyses to support decision-making processes. Develop financial models for potential M&A and disposal transactions. Construct financial models tailored to specific strategic initiatives and business opportunities. Prepare impairment test models in compliance with relevant standards. Collaborate with the management team and shareholder investment principals on ad hoc financial analyses and requests. Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Growth, Energy Markets, Planning & Control, and Structured Finance, ensuring alignment during evaluation processes. Key Requirements Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish are a plus). A university degree in Economics or Engineering. 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Advanced Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling for infrastructure-related businesses. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach. Problem-solving abilities paired with a creative and analytical mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Location: The position is open in several key locations, preferably in Milan / London , or Madrid.
