Your role We are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join a team managing the internal financial transactions of our group. The ideal candidate will have experience in management control and preferably also in accounting consolidation and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and transparency in financial transactions between the different entities of the group.

The candidate will interact with various functions within the group, from finance to supply chain, as well as with different subsidiaries in the countries where the group operates. Their role will be to collaborate with these stakeholders to build an infrastructure and mapping of all intercompany transactions. At the same time, they will ensure the correct monthly financial closing of the entities they are responsible for.

Main responsibilities: Manage and monitor intercompany transactions within the group, ensuring accuracy and mapping of financial flows. Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial closing reports related to the entities within the scope of reference, supporting the management's strategic decisions. Coordinate and oversee accounting consolidation activities among the various legal entities within the scope of reference. Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure timely updates of financial flows in the team's reporting. Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for internal operations, providing analysis by product, volume, and price, and identifying potential areas for improvement. Support the automation of financial processes by implementing automated solutions and improving operational efficiency. Collaborate with the legal, audit, and other corporate functions to ensure compliance and effectiveness of internal transactions. Main requirements: Educational Background in Finance, Economics, Business AdministrationAt least 3/5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling roles, preferably in international companies with intercompany transactionsKnowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Tax regulations on intercompany transactionsSolid experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle or similar)If you are selected, you will be contacted by HR Department to guide you through the specific steps for your application.
