For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Finance Accounting team to contribute in managing and coordinating the Accounting Activities for Amplifon S. p. A. Parent Company of Amplifon Group, including closing activities, statutory reporting and supporting management in business decisions while ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

You'll be in charge of: Updating L262 procedures following the changes implemented under new finance operating model;Designing standard reconciliation templates and maximizing adoption all over the Group;Supporting the team in streamlining OneProcurement accounting processes to standardize controls and maximize efficiency;Supporting the team in reconciling and monitoring intercompany positions to ensure smooth monthly closing;Monitoring accruals/invoice receipts/invoices to be received for accuracy and completeness, also interacting with Controlling and Tax Department; You are the right person if you: Have a background in Economics, Finance, or related fields;Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;Are fluent in English and would like to work with multicultural teams;Are comfortable with numbers and good at analyzing data and capturing insights;Have a strong attention to detail;Have a proactive approach; What else?
