**How will you make an impact in this role? **:
We are looking for a Specialist that will join our Corporate Governance Office Italy team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance Office. This team is responsible for supporting Corporate Bodies in driving a number of governance projects across the Italian legal entities, developing the overall Governance Framework, ensuring that effective Corporate Governance arrangements and frameworks are in place whilst handling communication flows between the Legal Representatives and the Governance Functions and Bodies.
The new joiner will be involved in continuous optimizations through using governance standard methodologies, as well supporting execution of key market governance processes and projects, taking a coordinating role to ensure seamless delivery.
To do that is essential to effectively collaborate with multiple internal partners such as local market functions, department, LOB and control functions team owners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities will include - but won't be limited! - support in:
- handling the operational activities including those related to information flows management and internal reporting activities;
- updating Organizational Chart and Report on Organizational Structure and other key policy and procedures;
- issuing, updating and archiving process for local market operating procedures on the Policy tool by providing advice and assistance to the various business functions;
- performing, on a regular basis, a Liquidity and capital stress testing and relevant monitoring activities ensuring, with accurate ad hoc reporting tools (charts/graphs), relevant information flows to Corporate Bodies and internal Functions;
- implementing relevant projects such as the CSRD and "Plan of Climate & Environmental Risk Activities" as part of the wider ESG strategy implementation performed at market level and ensuring effective communication and coordination across Functions and Organization;
- supporting the development and adoption of a strong ESG model and culture in the market, in compliance with relevant regulation and in coordination with BlueBox strategies;
- supervising and managing the contract archiving process (Contract Central Repository) in addition to other contractual and pre contractual materials, through the collection of documents from business functions, in order to ensure their storage at the central repository;
- managing the corporate PEC certified mailbox.
**Key requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Legal / HR / Regulatory role;
- University degree or equivalent experience (master desirable);
- Understanding and sensitivity for regulatory matters and ability to demonstrate an understanding of key governance principles, corporate rules and processes and meeting organizational needs;
- A previous experience of process reviews, drafting operating procedures and minutes (Committees, Working Group, Control Bodies etc) would be a plus;
- Presentation skills, able to effectively communicate, partnering and cooperate across the organization;
Project management, ability to operate and effectively interact in a matrix organization coordinating and managing multiple tasks, initiatives and deadlines;

- Analytical skills, with ability to identify new solutions and opportunity to improve processes and procedures, within governance framework, etc;
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and written & verbal communication skills both in Italian and in English;
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe).
