For a Multinational Company operating in Life Science Sector, we are looking for the:

- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on health and safety matters.
- Proficiency in process safety involves understanding and managing the risks associated with industrial processes to prevent accidents, protect personnel, and safeguard the environment. This expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of process hazards, risk assessment methodologies, safety management systems, and the implementation of preventive measures such as engineering controls, safety procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Lead incident investigation processes, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols, emergency response, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in occupational health and safety.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance and share best practices.
- Champion a culture of safety excellence by promoting awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on health and safety performance, initiatives, and recommendations.
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Health & Safety Manager committed to excellence in H&S of our client's operations, employees and stakeholders. She/He should have proven experience in international and complex companies in the Pharmaceutical, API or Medical Device industries.
Educational Knowledge and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemisty or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e. g. , NEBOSH, AUDITOR ISO 9001:2015) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards (e. g. , OSHA, EPA, ISO).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, interpret data, and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards common safety goals and a passion for driving positive change.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
