We are supporting an international pharmaceutical group based in Italy in hiring a solid Corporate HSE Culture & Management System Manager.

Our client is a prestigious group operating in the Healthcare sector, both in domestic and international markets.

What's the role's scope?

The Corporate HSE Culture & Management System Manager, reporting to the Director of the function, plays a crucial role and is the focal point for the development and dissemination of a strong culture oriented towards Health, Safety and Environment issues and regulations - defining and implementing the related management system.

What responsibilities will you have?

You will develop and implement both the HSE culture and related management system , including policies, procedures and guidelines to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

Aiming at spreading a modern HSE culture, you will co-design and provde HSE training programmes to improve awareness and understanding of safety practices by employees.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess HSE risks and develop strategies to effectively mitigate them.

In the meanwhile, you will be leading regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.

You will monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics to identify trends, develop reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will represent the company with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry groups , to ensure compliance and share best practices.

If you have… +7 years experience in HSE functions - plant and/or corporate.

Solid experience in applying directives, regulations and standards in the field of HSE; excellent experience in conducting and implementing audit processes.

Solid knowledge of HSE dynamics and regulations in regulated production contexts (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, . . . ) And you are… An analytical leader with data-driven attitude; Proactive and ready to face the challenges of HSE in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.

Independent, with great integrity and strong communication skills.
