Corporate Infrastructure Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating global IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across all regions. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external global partners to ensure innovative, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business needs. The Corporate Infrastructure Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing the infrastructure roadmap, fostering a secure and scalable IT environment, and driving the company's global innovation and growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise global service delivery through coordination with outsourcers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Lead a geographically diverse infrastructure team in delivering IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless operations across regions. Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the company's global infrastructure, including local and cloud-based services, disaster recovery, and workplace transformation initiatives. Ensure the security of IT systems by developing, applying, and maintaining security policies and practices in collaboration with the global security team. Manage network-related incidents, changes, and operations across global locations, ensuring business continuity. Provide comprehensive data management solutions, including backup, restoration, and data access management. Oversee global incident management, ensuring timely escalation and communication with users and senior management. Collaborate on the design and implementation of the global infrastructure roadmap, which includes cloud service adoption, global telephony solutions, and enhanced collaboration services. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with deep knowledge of networking, cloud solutions, and IT security practices. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating geographically dispersed teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global business stakeholders, focusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Highly adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities. Solid matrix management skills to ensure effective collaboration across global teams and external partners. EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent.
