Corporate Logistics Project Manager
The Ferrari Group Business Process Management department represents a fundamental partnership tool between Ferrari Group and its clients, developing tailored-made solutions to enhance our external and internal customers' experience with the Group's services.
The Business Process Management department is currently recruiting its Corporate Logistics Project Manager to join the team: you will be part of a group of talented, multi-skilled professionals that deliver hi-end competency in multi-faceted projects involving Operations, Logistics and ERP.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage large & midsize implementations/ migrations, rollout projects
- Interact with customers, understand their requirements and create solutions, demonstrating ownership of the entire RFP/RFQ processes
- Lead and manage strategic projects, either focused on single locations, or affecting multiple locations within the Client's Operations and/or Supply Chain footprint
- Act as PMO and ensure that major projects are completed on time and within agreed budget/scope
- Prepare, document and execute assessment workshops and lead required Change Management processes
- Be responsible for the management and development of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as the logistics module of the ERP
- Analyze user development requests and establish related specifications
- Act as the interface between logistics and IT
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- Evaluate budgets and expenditures
- Plan and execute tender process
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of previous experience as Project Manager in Logistics, Operations, Warehousing, Transportation, or Distribution
- Customer Integration projects experience is a must
- demonstrated Project Management skills and proven leadership abilities also a must
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel required; IBM AS400 knowledge will be a plus
- Languages:
- ENGLISH: PROFICIENT USER C2
- ITALIAN: C1 minimum
- FRENCH: B1/B2 knowledge will be a plus
**Location**:
Geneva, CH for an initial period of approx.
6 months.
Following the initial period, working location will be agreed upon and could be: Geneva CH, or Italy (Alessandria, Milan Malpensa or Milan city (Duomo area)).
Frequent business trips involved: business travel will be commensurate with the needs of logistics projects underway throughout the Network.
