Main Responsibilities: Consolidation of Maintenance and Energy KPI's for the region on a monthly basis; Local support with Maintenance methodology (AM/PM) and Asset Management theory/tools; Sharing best practices related to Maintenance and Energy projects among the plants of the region; Lead the regional plan for Energy Efficiency Improvement and Asset Maturity Development; Responsible for organizing and keeping updated all asset management related information for the region; Responsible for the analysis of consumables / indirect material consumption and costs for the region and support the plants with plans for optimization; Support in the creation and standardization of training material, methods and tools related to Maintenance and Energy Management; Support the Regional teams with knowledge, and the development / follow up of short and mid term action plans.

Requirements: Engineering Degree or similar; Good Maintenance knowledge and/or Process Engineering knowledge; Spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets, etc) and Presentation skills (PPT, G Slides, etc); Good knowledge of English, French is considered a plus.

Soft Skills: The profile is completed by good communication, proactiveness, organization and an energetic approach.
