Main Responsibilities: Consolidation of Maintenance and Energy KPI's for the region on a monthly basis;Local support with Maintenance methodology (AM/PM) and Asset Management theory/tools;Sharing best practices related to Maintenance and Energy projects among the plants of the region;Lead the regional plan for Energy Efficiency Improvement and Asset Maturity Development;Responsible for organizing and keeping updated all asset management related information for the region;Responsible for the analysis of consumables / indirect material consumption and costs for the region and support the plants with plans for optimization;Support in the creation and standardization of training material, methods and tools related to Maintenance and Energy Management;Support the Regional teams with knowledge, and the development / follow up of short and mid term action plans. Requirements: Engineering Degree or similar;Good Maintenance knowledge and/or Process Engineering knowledge;Spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets, etc) and Presentation skills (PPT, G Slides, etc);Good knowledge of English, French is considered a plus. Soft Skills: The profile is completed by good communication, proactiveness, organization and an energetic approach.
