For our Milan office, we are looking for a bright and ambitious Lawyer with 2/3 years post-qualification experience and expertise in Corporate and M&A. The ideal candidate should have:Excellent academic results;An excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and oral); andA solid working experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably acquired at International Law Firms. The successful candidate should also:Have outstanding analytical and organisational skills; andBe a self-motivated and flexible team-player with high motivation.
