Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Corporate Paralegal to support corporate activities.
The role involves assisting with board meetings, statutory filings, corporate documentation, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and file corporate documents (e. g. , Articles of Incorporation, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings).
Maintain and update corporate records, including shareholder registers, director information, and statutory filings.
Support corporate due diligence and transactions (e. g. , mergers, acquisitions, capital increases) by preparing relevant documentation.
Handle large volumes of work and maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a paralegal/legal assistant with a focus on corporate legal affairs.
Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and legal documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of work.
High predisposition to multi-task working and flexibility for dynamic needs.
Strong analytical and process management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously.
Self-driven and proactive attitude with initiative to take on challenges.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and intercultural skills.
Structured, ordered, and accurate working standards.
Excellent use of MS Office tools.
Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is a mandatory requirement for the role.
Location: Position permanently based in Milan.
