**Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**:
- Illustration of the characteristics of individual products
- Explanation of techniques for the optimal use of semi-finished products
- Development of concepts centered around Irca Group products
- Presentation and explanation of newly developed concepts to clients across various channels, primarily FM or SME
- Testing new products under development in coordination with R&D
- Development and creation of basic recipes using newly developed and approved products
**TECHNICAL SUPPORT: In addition to "Demo" activities, the role provides daily support to clients in case of**:
- Issues and/or difficulties in using the products
- Application of recipes in relation to specific machinery
- Need for ingredient balancing in individual recipes.
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: High School Diploma.
- **Professional Skills**: Experience in pastry, gelato, and chocolate-making
- ** Experience**: 2 - 4 years of experience as Pastry Chef.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Additional language skills are a plus.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Point.
- **Behavioural Requirements**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability in organization and planning; Proactivity; Problem-solving skills; Creativity; Team collaboration mindset.
