Corporate Product Marketing Manager
For our Client, multinational company leader in the production and distribution of product and services for a wide range of industries, with a strong international exposure, we are seeking the: CORPORATE PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER Main responsibilities The position, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director and overseeing a team of resources, is tasked with supporting the Group in the ongoing process of developing and fortifying its position in the designated sector, with a particular emphasis on expanding international business and entering new foreign markets.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze the most up-to-date data from target markets to identify trends in volume and new product development, customer needs, and competitive offerings in all areas where the group operates.
Collaborate with other departments and services to define annual sales budgets and multi-year development plans.
Analyze sales data to adopt the most suitable promotion and pricing strategies to achieve annual budgets and multi-year plans.
Train the sales force to promote various product lines, assisting in their actions with global clients.
Collaborate with other departments and services to develop branding ideas and promotional material, identifying the most effective promotion and marketing channels, including multimedia platforms to convey updates to clients and industry stakeholders.
Candidate profile Candidate Profile: Proven experience as Marketing Manager, preferably with international exposure, gained in modern, highly technical organizations, in sectors such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, Water Treatment and Industrial Equipment.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach, able to seize new opportunities and challenges with energy and enthusiasm.
Team-oriented with good empathic and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Ability to read and understand the context and success factors of the relevant business.
Inclination for teamwork and ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
Good listening and dialogue skills, as well as flexibility regarding business needs and evolving corporate strategies.
Good ability to manage complexity and change.
Location Monza.
Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad is required.
