Corporate Sales Executive

For our B2B sales team in Rome, we are looking for an Inside Sales - Corporate Sales Executive who will actively participate in the growth of the B2B segment in Italy.

**What you will do**:
Prospecting and commercial scouting of medium and large companies that have employees on the road or a fleet: you will manage the entire commercial negotiation through the telephone channel
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Sell, negotiate and make sales offers regarding B2B EasyPark solutions dedicated to companies and complete the onboarding of the customer
- Perform high daily telephone activity
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively and efficiently: successfully balance and organize pipeline activities including prospecting, presentations of product, negotiating and closing opportunities and finally provide accurate input and updates for sales forecasts
- Follow the sales strategy and plans set by the leadership team in order to meet the expected KPIs related to the activity levels, e. g.
call rates, meetings with prospects, offers generated, conversions, etc
- We believe you have:_
- At least 2 year experience in telesales
- High knowledge of both oral and written Italian and knowledge of English (B2) tested during the interview
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen to the customer
- A consultative approach to sales where customers benefit from a 'win win' approach
- Organizational skills, results orientation and a strong determination to excel
