We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Analyst to join our Corporate Sector Lending Team that:

feels at ease with figures and financial analysispays attention to details and is driven by a search for quality in his/her workis interested in structuring and negotiating credits with corporates or projectsis ready to face challenges and can go the extra mile when neededenjoys working in a team and contributing to the team resultsenjoys working in a learning environmentlikes to work in an agile, international and start-up environmentYour key responsibilities: As an Analyst you will work predominantly in tandem with Associates/VPs/Directors, assisting them in managing a suitable portfolio of complex corporate clients in all credit-related matters, with focus on origination and execution of new requests, but also taking responsibility for in-life management;structuring and leading the negotiation of the credit facilities with the customer (in partnership with the relationship manager) and the follow-up of the implementation/documentation of new credit facilities in collaboration with in-house Legal Department or external legal counsel;leading the origination and execution of complex / non-standard deals advising teams such as Loan Distribution, Debt & Capital Advisory, Debt Capital Markets;being responsible for the preparation of credit packages according to ING policy and defend the credit request for approval to relevant approval mandate holders;acquiring and keeping up to date your knowledge on lending products, ING policies and also the general economic environment;reporting to Italy's Head of Lending WB. What are we looking for? university degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, maths or equivalent1-2 years of work experience in the financial sector, preferably within a lending or credit risk related environmentgood knowledge of financial analysisanalytical and communication skillscommercial drive and pro-active mindsetability to work independently and in agile teamsfluency in written and spoken Italian and EnglishDuration: Permanent
