YOUR MISSION
Scope
Guarantee a quality assurance management plan in the Corporate Service department.
Daily scan and challenge the Quality standards, to identify and trace any areas of weakness and address the fix of defects and gaps in all the Corporate Service processes and technical documentation.
Recommend and implement improvements and tightly monitor the progress of the related activities with dedicated KPIs.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Corporate Service teams to support technical documentation editing/revising/release to ensure compliance to all quality/regulatory/health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the QA and other departments to streamline communication and facilitate project progress, with operating staff to establish and advocate new procedures, standards and process.
- Ensure that processes needed for the Quality System are established, implemented and maintained.
- Evaluate all procedures to ensure adherence to common guidelines or potential obsolescence (i. e.
Technical Documentation harmonization).
- Support Corporate Service teams to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Proactively identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement in order to enhance efficiency
- Identify training needs and organize training initiatives to meet quality standards
- Analyze needs coming from relevant departments, agree on action plans and timeline, and collaborate to build out guidelines for process optimization.
In this context, manage communication with relevant departments to achieve all project objectives and support Corporate Service teams to monitor progression and completion of assigned action plans.
- Record, analyze and distribute statistical KPI and quality data
- Support on-site audits conducted by external providers and collaborate to define Corporate Service audits plan
**Qualifications**:
YOU
**Education / Specialization**:
University degree or equivalent higher standard, preferably academic degree in Biomedical Engineering or Clinical and Biological Sciences.
Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in an international context in the health care and sciences industry, preferably with diagnostic, medical devices or pharmaceutical prior knowledge/experiences in a reputable Company in these fields.
- Previous experience in managing automated system for diagnostic laboratories.
**Technical Competencies**:
- Experience using Microsoft Power Point, Access, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge in electronics, computers, fluids, mechanics and industrial robotics.
- Medical devices background/experience would be a plus.
- Familiarity with quality standards and processes
