We are looking for graduate students to join our Corporate Social Responsibility team as an Intern within the Human Resources Department based in Rome.

The intern will contribute to the following main activities:

Support all CSR activities and projects (Environment, Social, and Supply Chain).

Assist in the data collection process for the yearly reporting to LVMH.

Support CSR certification programs.

Assist with projects and programs related to Diversity & Inclusion management.

Edit CSR content for the intranet website and contribute to internal communications on social and environmental projects and initiatives.

Support training and engagement activities on CSR matters for Bulgari employees in cooperation with relevant HR counterparts.

Stay current on business practices by performing benchmark analysis and researching government, non-government, and public entities' CSR platforms and agendas.

Support knowledge sharing activities of the international network of CSR correspondents (community management, content circulation, organization of meetings).

Follow international laws related to CSR compliance and support the circulation of updates in the CSR network.

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities Master's Degree Strong personal interest in CSR and in elevating people's engagement on the topic Good analytical and reporting skills Fluency in Italian and English (French would be a plus) Very good usage of digital communication Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Good usage of content sharing methods and tools (Teams, social networks…) #J-18808-Ljbffr
