We are looking for graduate students to join our Corporate Social Responsibility as an Intern, within the Human Resources Department based in Rome.
The person, according to the guidelines provided by the team and in cooperation with other departments and external providers, will contribute to the following main activities: Support on all CSR activities and projects (Environment, Social, and Supply Chain).
Support data collection process for the yearly reporting to LVMH.
Support CSR certification programs.
Support projects and programs related to Diversity Inclusion management.
Edit CSR content for intranet website and contribute to internal communications on social and environmental projects and initiatives.
Support the training and engagement activities on CSR matters of Bulgari employees, in cooperation with the relevant HR counterpart.
Stay current on business practices by performing benchmark analysis, research on government, non-government, and public entities CSR platforms and agendas.
Support the activities of knowledge sharing of the international network of CSR correspondents (community management, content circulation, organization of meetings).
Follow the international laws related to CSR compliance and support the circulation of updates in the CSR network.
Job Responsibilities / Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: Master's Degree.
Strong personal interest in CSR and in the elevation of people's engagement on the topic.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Fluency in Italian and English (French would be a plus).
Very good usage of digital communication.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Good usage of content sharing methods and tools (Teams, social networks).
