For our Milan office, we are looking for a bright and ambitious Trainee lawyer with basic experience in Corporate and M&As.

The ideal candidate should have: excellent academic results; excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and oral); and previous working experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably acquired at International Law Firms. The successful candidate should also: have outstanding analytical and organisational skills; and be a self-motivated and flexible team-player with high motivation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
