The candidate selected will report to the Group Treasury Director and carry out the following activities:
Accountable to coordinate and support all Group subsidiaries for timely and accurate production of treasury reports (Net financial position, credit lines, guarantees) and to prepare the consolidated reporting. Accountable for the management of the Group Credit lines and Supply Chain Financing ensuring efficient implementation, utilization, and reporting. Support in the management, pricing, and reporting of Intercompany Loans and Cash pooling/Current Accounts. Analyze and forecast the Group Financial income and expense, in cooperation with the local treasury hubs. Support in the implementation and execution of periodical analysis and management of the group financial risks (FX) and results. Coordinate Local Treasury Hub on the bank account management, Payment and collection processes, bank relationship, and implementation/utilization of local credit lines and Supply Chain Financing. Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned within Finance, in order to improve efficiency of Treasury (e. g. treasury management system, processes and reporting automation, group systems roll-out, banking costs monitoring tool). Coordinate the implementation and monitor compliance with Group Treasury policies and procedures. Coordinate and support legal entities in dealing with banks KYC compliance requests (e. g. AML, shareholding structure). Requirements: University degree in Finance, Economics or similar. Fluent English. At least 5+ years' proven experience in a multinational company managing similar activities. Proficiency in the use of Excel, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint), SAP S4HANA. Technical awareness and familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (such as SAP Treasury Module). Business Acumen and analytical mindset. Team working and problem solving skills.
