BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are looking for a Corporate Visual Merchandiser who will ensure global consistency of the brand image by managing Visual Merchandising processes across markets, ensuring the proper implementation of VM Global Guidelines meanwhile addressing specific needs.

The Corporate Visual Merchandising will focus on the worldwide market.

In this role, you will: Support the Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines creation liaising with other VM departments (creative & production); Manage the relation with markets or selected areas to tailor Corporate Guidelines to local needs; Ensure correct implementation of Windows Calendars and product rotation aligned to merchandising delivery schedules; Train local Visual Merchandiser teams on Zegna visual standards through feedback mechanism and coaching activity; Conduct worldwide market visits to assess local practices, establish VM standards, and foster a strong Visual Merchandising culture across cross-functional levels, with a particular focus on wholesale channels.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: Strong sense of personal style and ability to translate luxury trends into compelling in-store product presentations; At least 3 years of experience in Retail Visual Merchandising and/or sales; Appreciated university degree; Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset; Self-motivated, capable of working independently while achieving objectives; Outstanding communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback abilities; Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered as a plus; Availability to travel internationally (50% of the time).
