BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Ensures global/local consistency of Brand Image by managing Visual Merchandising processes towards markets (following the Wholesale & Franchise channels)

ensuring the correct implementation of VM Global Guidelines meanwhile supporting local necessities.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines creation liaising with other VM departments (creative & production);

- Manage the relation with markets or selected areas aiming to adapt the Corporate Guidelines to local needs;

- Ensuring correct implementation of Windows Calendars and product rotation aligned to merchandising delivery schedules;

- Train local Visual Merchandiser teams on Zegna visual standards through feedback mechanism and coaching activity;

- Local market visit and understanding to set VM standards and nurse the Visual culture at cross-function levels.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

- Creative skills and luxury sensibility;

- Personal taste and ability to translate style trends in in-store product presentation

- Organizational Skills and proactive attitude;

- Self motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills;

- At least 2 years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience;

- Appreciated University degree from Artistic/Fashion background;

- Fluent English, other languages as plus;

- Availability to travel 50% of the time and availability to international mobility.
