Offer DescriptionThe objective of the Research Program is to analyze the legal and regulatory context of corporate welfare with particular reference to the declination of the institution by first- and second-level collective bargaining.

More specifically, we aim to study the potential that the relevant discipline presents for the development of corporate practices of corporate social responsibility in favor of sustainability and the integral well-being of the workers and female workers (Total Worker Health).

Within this framework, the applications of corporate welfare for gender equality and diversity enhancement, for safety in the workplace, and for disability protection.

The study is all the more necessary in light of the most recent regulatory changes on the subject introduced by national and European regulations.
