Job Summary:Plans, develops, and coordinates all phases of donor development and the solicitation of financial support for The Salvation Army programs and services.

Raises funds for capital campaigns for the Corps.

Serves as a liaison to the Divisional Headquarters Resource Development and Planned Giving Departments.

Plans, develops, and coordinates public relation programs with the media, private, and public sector organizations and churches, ensuring The Salvation Army maintains a favorable and positive image in the communities and for both internal and external audiences.

Serves as a liaison to all media ensuring the desired message is communicated; photographs and writes articles covering Salvation Army events; strengthens communication with donors, prospective donors, corporations, volunteers, media personnel, civic club leadership, and local government leadership.
