Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for one our customer, an international cosmetic company, a **Cosmetic Training Manager Italy.

The person can be based everywhere in Italy and will be traveling 80%.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AS COSMETIC TRAINING MANAGER ITALY**:

- Training (50%): Deliver technical and theoretical trainings (in-person or virtual) that are informative, engaging and maximize product knowledge retention on the latest skin care techniques and product launches

- Develop a trusting relationship with clients and their teams.

- Consistently deliver extraordinary professional esthetic service and sales advice to clients.

- Train BA's in the department store on products, novelties on a regular basis

- Events (up to 25-30%): Conduct animations at spas, department stores and various points of sale by performing facials, master classes and pop-up events (in person or virtual depending on client´s needs)

- Administrative tasks (20%): Organize schedule and own travel coordination, according to requests of the sales team, Ensure that all paperwork after every training/ animation is completed and submitted in a timely manner

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to schedule trainings, order gifts and add follow-up notes and photos after each training or event conducted in the territory.

- Pro-active follow-up and support with client needs and requests

- Organization of trainings (logistics, food, supplies, kit replenishment, etc.

)

- Translation of technical training documents

- Learning and practicing: Maintain high level of expertise in product and protocol knowledge

- Meetings (5%): Attend National Sales and Training meetings 2-4 times a year, to remain up-to date on product launches and new protocols.

**REQUIREMENTS OF THE COSMETIC TRAINING MANAGER ITALY**:

- **Esthetician diploma (3 YEARS)**:

- **Fluent in Italian and English**:

- Minimum of one or more years´ experience in a similar position.

- Prior experience in a luxury environment preferred

- Good knowledge of national businesses

- Good knowledge regarding beauty care

- Capacity to learn quickly

- Proven ability to learn and perfect the brand´s face & body protocols

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking.

- Customer-oriented with an ability to sell and give sales-based trainings.

- Highly collaborative; working with various departments in a team-oriented environment.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and pro-active organizational skills.

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and Microsoft Teams.

- Entrepreneurial, self-confident, and self-motivated, flexible, team-player and positive attitude
