Company Description

Turner & Townsend, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Commercial Lead to work on a data center build project in Milan, Italy.

As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for protecting the client's interests from a commercial standpoint, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide commercial leadership and advice to the project team, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget

- Ensure that commercial risks are identified and mitigated, and that the client's interests are protected

- Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other legal documents with the client and suppliers

- Manage the project budget and ensure that costs are controlled

- Monitor progress against the project plan, identify variances and take appropriate corrective action

- Provide regular reports to the project team and client on the project's commercial performance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field

- At least 10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in the construction or data center industry

- Experience in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, and budget control

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers

- Fluency in English and Italian
