**Job Description**:

- Ownership of Commercial Management responsibilities at the project for all stages.

- Creation and presentation of Cost Estimates to the Client to enable informed decision making.

- Monitoring project costs and revenue and ensuring that all project expenses are properly accounted for.

- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

- Overseeing the preparation of project invoices and ensuring that all project payments are made in a timely manner.

- Monitoring the performance of subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring that all contractual obligations are being met.

- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project's financial and contractual performance.

- Providing regular updates on project costs and revenue and presenting this information to project stakeholders.

- Ensuring that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally minimum of 5 years of cost commercial experience

- Strong financial management, contract negotiation, and project management skills.

- Familiarity with data centre construction practices and procedures is a plus.

- Ability to quickly pick up new tasks and use own initiative

- Good communication skills both written and oral in English and Italian
