**About the job

The Cost Controller (1 year temporary contract) position is accountable for the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting internal principles.

**Core activities**:

- Collects financial data to support in reports preparation

- Builds an adequate reporting structure for internal and external stakeholders

- Supports the analysis of financial data for the monthly/quarterly/annual reports

- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

- Gives support in preparation of Annual budgeting and forecasting process according to the internal requirements.

- Review of all financial plans and comparison analysis to actual results with a view to identify, explain and correct variances as appropriate.

- Support in the maintenance and evolution of SAP environment; expert creating cost centers, new gl accounts and projects.

- Good understanding of accrual annual and monthly processes

- Prepare reporting according to official deadline

- Building an adequate reporting structure

- Supporting the business in regards to all financial issues

**About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in Accounting/Finance

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent English proficiency

- Experience in SAP, Excel

- Big 4 and previous experience in retail industry experience would be a plus

- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
