Reporting:

? Participate to long terms planning, supporting commercial scenarios and simulations (capex, marginality). ? Prepare the monthly month end reports and variance analysis. ? Buildtheyearly budget componentsandrelatedanalysisvs.

Promote synergies and lower the transit/lead times also for internal supplied materials. Controlling:

? Set up yearly standard costs for the components / Resource area. ? Proactively suggest improvement areas in terms of development initiatives, cost cutting, waste reduction. ? Create scenarios related to supplier's alternatives, including logistics impact, stock management. ? Co-operate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions delivered are as per agreed.

specs. ? Ensure that suppliers price agreements are aligned to the current standard cost. ? Work with other departments to gather and validate business requirements and ensure all processes are followed.

Efficiency Drive:

? Be the lead driver in identifying efficiency areas, investigating options such as consignment stock, payment terms optimization, stock scrappingburden sharing with suppliers. ? Make - Buy analysis (insourcing, outsourcing). ? Daily cooperation with other Depts.

to ensure that identified solution is delivered on time. ? Keep abreast with market with a view to anticipate and highlight market issues. ? Stimulate flexibility and lean flow, via achievement of features like flexible volume acquisition (per each annualized contract) without penalty (ideally +/- 20%). Requisiti:

**Education**:

? RecognisedAccountingqualification, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.

Experience? Ideally 7 years' accounting experience, of which ideally at least 4 in factory costing, actual period end closing, variance calculation, standard cost budget. ? Functional experience in F&C overall with sound knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX). ? Experience in data analysisandassociatedtools.

Technicalskills? Strong understanding of supply chain. ? Integration of costing with manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality assurance and materials handling. ? Sound knowledge related to inventory management and COGS. Competencies:
