An experienced Cost Controller is required to carry out cost control duties in PCS Department in Fano office.

In this role, it is requested:

- to work collaboratively with various companies and contractor project managers for cost planning and forecasting;

- to be responsible for the development and implementation of project cost control reporting and ensure that cost progress is reported and tracked accordingly;

- to assure project budget fulfilment, control and updating;

- to be responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices, claims and change requests from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors;

- to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded;

- to have an ability to check monthly accruals of contractors and suppliers utilizing Microsoft Excel and SAP;

- to monitor the issue of bank guarantees.

Being fluent in english language, highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled in using SAP are other required qualifications.
