JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the Corporate Management Control Department of the EssilorLuxottica Group, your role consists of overseeing and driving operating costs and expenses (General & Administrative expenses (G&A) - personnel costs, supplier costs, etc. )

for the various Group entities.

Guarantee the reliability of G&A information intended for the Finance and General Management departments. Participate actively in the monthly G&A closing process. Business partnering - with a driving approach - on spending drifts and variance analysis. Develop and distribute quarterly reports with the aim of giving insights to drive decisions. Propose and participate in cost optimization projects. Support management controllers in ad hoc and specific studies. Guarantee the respect of deadlines and the reliability of financial data and analyzes carried out for each management cycle. Manage and animate the management cycles (actual, re-forecasts, budget, plan). NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: All business functions

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE: Educational Background: Economics, Engineering.

A Master in Finance/Management Control would be a plus. At least 7 years of experience in Controlling. Solid experience with Excel. Solid experience in a large, multinational organization is preferable. Excellent relationship and networking skills. Fluent in English and Italian.
