Proposal Cost Managerfor an aerospace client based in Rome.

According to the internal Bid Process, the job holder will be in charge of:

Supporting the Bid team for finalization of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure), Master schedule, Resource planning, Cost Estimate Pack and cash profile of the bid;

Ensuring that cost estimates are effectively reviewed to ensure competitive and winning pricing;

Preparation and finalization of the Price and Cash Sheet with cash flow analysis;

Preparation and finalization of the price sheet report for the customer;

Grant coherence among various elements (economic, financial and programmatic).

In support of the Bid Manager, the job holder will be in charge of:

Supporting the preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval;

Managing and planning the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation;

Ensuring the proposal schedule is respected;

Finalizing the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates;

Defining and formalizing in the offer/contract terms of all the necessary conditions, including requirements relating to the payment plan (deliverables, cash in/out, partial payment terms).
