The Costing/Estimating Manager will lead our finance team at the Tech Center in Grugliasco HQ, reporting directly to the Financial Director.

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to): Manage the process of new RFQ with other teams Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to obtain the right Financials level requested by Division on time and accurate. Manage Cost analysis teams to be obtain all activities request by system, evolution of costs and price during the developments of product. Cost analysis support for new request and modification tooling and variable cost (was-is)Cost analysis support and manage with other Intercompany division (Foam, Trim covers, Headrests, Wire harness and Metal parts) process of make or buy. Providing MGR update on risks & opportunities for all development products. Interacting with Engineering, Sales, Program Management Teams, Purchasing and Cost AnalysisContributing to Lear financial strategy and decision-making processesTo be successful for this role: University Graduate with bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related disciplineAt least 10 years of working experience in financial controlling fieldAbility to work independentlyFinance qualifications requiredNice to have experience in working in Automotive or Production facilitiesLeadership skills with proven experience in managing successful teamsExcellent communication skills and business acumenAbility to work closely and build partnership with other departments and functions including senior level managementHigh level of reliability and working ethicsAbility to work under the time pressure and deadlinesComputer literacy with advanced MS Excel skillsWhy Lear We offer a fantastic place to work that embraces diversity, opportunities for growth and the chance to be part of a company that puts its people first.
